We want you to love your Borderline Beauty experience — but if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns.
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@theborderlinebeauty.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return shipping address:

Please do not send returns without contacting us first — they will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of receiving it with your order number and clear photos. We’ll take care of it.
Refunds
- Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue your refund within 7–10 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Still waiting after 15 business days? Email us at info@theborderlinebeauty.com — we’ll check it out.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
